I’m a naturopathic physician, scientific strategist, and wellness innovator working at the intersection of medicine, product development, and brand storytelling.
My background spans 12+ years of clinical experience, concierge medicine in Montecito, practice in Santa Barbara, scientific leadership at Puriya, and national health communications.
Women’s health, microbiome science, botanical medicine, environmental medicine, and longevity are recurring threads. So is a simple question: how can we make this knowledge useful?
